Alexis Pillsbury holds a Master of Public Policy, a Master of International Public Health, and a Master of Philosophy in Applied Epidemiology (MAE). She has worked at the National Centre for Immunisation Research and Surveillance (NCIRS) since 2012, first as a research student and then as an epidemiologist. She is currently an epidemiologist for Australia's active, sentinel vaccine safety surveillance system, AusVaxSafety, and also serves as part of the NCIRS team responsible for research and evidence to inform immunisation policy and the Australian Immunisation Handbook.
