Emmanuel Gyimah-Boadi

Professor Gyimah-Boadi, one of the co-founders of Afrobarometer, is also the executive director of the Ghana Center for Democratic Development.
Prof Gyimah-Boadi has authored articles in the Journal of Democracy and UNU-WIDER. He is co-author of Public Opinion, Democracy and Market Reform in Africa, Cambridge University Press (2005).
Prof Gyimah-Boadi is chair of the National Council of Persons with Disability. He is also a member of the Advisory Council of the Ibrahim Index of African Governance. He holds a PhD from the University of California, Davis.
