I am interested in all aspects of gender and the labour market, including gender equality; how women and men's working lives are shaped by work organisations; work-family policies; work-life balance; motherhood and class inequalities.
I have a background in Gender Studies and Sociology. I joined the Warwick Institute for Employment Research (IER) in 2015. Prior to this I worked at the University of Leeds and I was a doctoral researcher at the Central European University in Budapest.
