Felipe Guzman is an Associate Professor in Management. He obtained his PhD in Management from IESE Business School, Spain. His main research interests include voice behavior, leadership, and language fluency in multinational teams.
Felipe is broadly interested in understanding how people can influence others at the workplace. He is currently studying how proactive individuals can improve performance, innovation, and wellbeing in organizations. He seeks to use this knowledge to influence through his research and teaching, the experiences and relationships that people build at work. Felipe is originally from Chile, is married to a bicultural woman, and has a multi-cultural/multi-racial dog.
