Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior, Nyenrode Business University

Mehmet A. Orhan is an Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior at Nyenrode Business University in the Netherlands. He obtained his PhD in Organizational Psychology from Tilburg University. Previously, he held faculty positions at EM Normandie Business School, the Management School of the University of Liverpool, Paris School of Business, and Charles University in Prague. Mehmet's research interests include the detrimental impacts of technology use at work, as well as subversive and unethical uses of technology in broader social contexts. Influenced by the unethical uses of technology by researchers, he has recently started investigating unethical practices within the research community. His research has developed into a stream focused on elite dominance, underrepresentation and overrepresentation in research, and other pressing issues affecting academic careers. Additionally, Mehmet is an editorial board member of Career Development International and a senior editor at Europe's Journal of Psychology, where he oversees data integrity and research ethics.
