Muhammad Nidhal (Nidhal) holds a bachelor's degree in International Relations, specializing in Postcolonial Studies. His research interests lie in the nexus between digital inclusion and public policy, with a broader interest in IPE, development policy, emerging technologies, digital geopolitics, and equitable North-South partnerships. He is also passionate about ethical, inclusive, and responsible technology policy.

Currently, he works at the Center for Indonesian Policy Studies (CIPS), where he conducts in-depth research, policy analysis, and stakeholder engagement to advance Indonesia's growing digital economy. Prior to joining CIPS, he worked at the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Jakarta under the Political and Economic Section.
