Graduated from the Nutrition program at the University of Buenos Aires (1991-1996), resident of nutrition at the Ramos Mejía Hospital (1996-1999), specialized in Obesity and Eating Disorders with the Argentine Medical Association (1999-2001). Doctorate from the Rovira i Virgili University (2003-2007), Spain.
Currently, she is the Vice-Dean responsible for the Human Nutrition and Dietetics Degree in Rovira i Virgili University, Spain. She has published more than 230 articles in journals indexed in the Science Citations Index. The citations have a combined impact factor of 10278, generating an H factor of 55.
