My main research interests are investigating and understanding explosive volcanism and hazardous volcanic phenomena, particularly pyroclastic density currents and lahars. I am also interested in understanding volcanic systems from source to eruption through interrogating volcanic stratigraphy, geochemistry and mineralogy.
