Vivianna Miritis

I am a PhD candidate at The University of Sydney looking at how contemporary fire regimes are impacting vertebrate fauna and their ecosystems. I am interested in applied research that can identify mechanisms by which we can conserve vulnerable fauna. Prior to my PhD I was working as a field scientist for Zoos Victoria Conservation & Science team and was involved in research on the critically endangered Leadbeater’s possum and for the National Recovery Plan for the Eastern Barred Bandicoot.
