PhD researcher, University of Cape Town

My expertise is in quantitative research, specifically on the analyses of household surveys, and monitoring of socio-economic welfare. My research interests include food security, poverty and living conditions. I am currently pursuing a Doctoral degree at the School of Economics at the University of Cape Town. I am also the Global Research and Evaluation Manager for World Bicycle Relief, an international non-profit that focuses on comprehensive bicycle distributions in rural communities in the Global South to support mobility and alleviate poverty. I was recently the quantitate technical lead for a USAID-funded assessment of the bicycle market system in sub-Saharan Africa.
