A doctoral researcher in the Centre for Systems Studies at University of Hull, I study urban green spaces and their impacts on human wellbeing. My fascination with the relationships between people and the rest of the living world began during my early professional life as a veterinary surgeon. I have a Masters degree in Conservation Medicine and I am an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
